Blueberry Cheese Tart  

Sweet pastry (for any tart base)
Ingredients:

(A)
180gm Butter (Salted butter)
80gm icing sugar

(B)
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1no Egg (this mean 1 number of egg :D )

(C)
300gm plain flour
20gm milk powder

Methods:
Beat (A) until creamy. In between add in (B). Fold in (C), knead to form dough (usually about 12-15minutes). When ready, press dough into tart moulds. Bake at 180degree for about 12-15 minutes.


Blueberry Cheese Filling 
Ingredients:

(A)
25gm Butter
250gm Cream Cheese
60gm Icing Sugar

(B)
1no Egg
1tsp Lemon Juice

(C)
80gm Blueberry Jam

Methods:
Beat (A) till fluffy and add in (B). Place the batter paste into piping bag and pipe into the baked tart pastry. Bake at 170degree for 10 minutes (or use ur finger to touch the top layer of cheese cream, tart is ready to tray out when it is not sticky). After that, decorate it with (C).
